Over the years, the company has grown from a small media buying team into the business we know today: a diversified structure with multiple projects and ambitious global plans. Behind this impressive growth and expansion lie crises, bold decisions, and moments when the company’s future was uncertain.

Roman Manuylov’s Journey

In an exclusive interview with SiGMA Magazine, Roman Manuylov reflects on how these challenges were overcome and the lessons learned along the way:

“I clearly remember our New Year’s corporate party six years ago. The whole team was together — celebrating, enjoying the moment. But a small group of managers and I understood that this might be our last celebration. At that time, our business consisted of an affiliate network and several media buying teams working with Google and Facebook, and they were all heavily focused on this region.”

On the magazine’s pages, Roman also speaks about decisions that became serious tests for the company:

“I think the boldest decision last year was canceling the BiG conference. It’s not easy to make that call when you’ve already invested two million dollars. The project was close to being launched, but a number of risks beyond our control completely wiped out our efforts.”
